The Store Manager is responsible for planning, controlling and directing his store team to achieve highest level of customer service standards and in-store execution to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets. The Store Manager is also responsible for the consistent compliance to Retail Operating Standards (ROS) and government regulations.
1. Monitors and reviews sales performance and recommends action plans to deliver sales budget
2. Reviews manpower and space productivity and identify areas of improvements
3. Implements cost effective measures to improve productivity and profitability
4. Creates measures to minimize losses and damages
5. Checks/ monitors availability and replenishments of stocks
6. Provides a pleasant shopping environment for customers at all times
7. Enforces strict adherence to customer's service standards
8. Cascades on going promotions, activities, memos, bulletins following the standard power talk guidelines on a regular basis
9. ROS Compliance
10. Coaches employees on the job
11. Reviews and discusses performance appraisal and personal development plans of direct reports]
12. Approves work schedule of store personnel
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): leadership, management, retail, customer service and relationship management, cashiering, Sales.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Applicants must be willing to be assigned at WATSONS SM CITY DAET
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
