Job Description
Responsible for the achievement of Store KPI's Sales, EBIT, excellent customer service, proper shrinkage control, good general housekeeping and proper visual standards
Monitor and analyze merchandise performance and service level and recommends essential action for improvement
Comprehends the business competition and the effects on the business
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably Assistant Manager or Manager specializing in Retail Store Operations or equivalent.
