Full Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate all minor and major maintenance and repairs required by the building and store facilities.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
Mechanical – Minor corrective and preventive maintenance and operation of exhaust motor and refrigeration system repair / troubleshoot of minor air-con problem.
Electrical – Minor electrical problem and installation of breaker for supply of Air-condition units. In-charge of preventive maintenance of electrical panel board and main breaker by proper labeling of electrical load schedule and monitoring its electrical load supply. In-charge of installation of new lighting fixtures and replacing defective lights, convenience outlet, heating element, flytrap etc.
Carpentry Works – Repair and installation of furniture and fixture such as cabinets, ceiling, tables and chairs, molding, cutting, plastic, fiberglass, roll-up doors, doors and door frames, sanders, metal framing and brackets, cement applications but not limited to metal fabrications and painting works.
LPG/Gas Lines – Inspect and repair gas lines from any ignition source such as expose electrical wires and leaks. Ensuring all cylinder valves are well fitted correctly to avoid any damages.
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational diploma / short course certificate.
At least 1 year experience in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities) or equivalent.
Strong technical background in mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry or equivalent.
