QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational/Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferably in Electrical or Mechanical
Able to perform duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision
Preferably with related experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance
Willing to undergo further trainings
Computer literate
Can work under pressure
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in the proper troubleshooting and maintenance of all the Food Retail/ Rotisserie equipment covering all outlets in the branch
Responsible in the day-to-day maintenance of all the machines/equipment in the outlet
Responds to emergencies as required during equipment breakdown
Participates in the modifications, upgrades and systems monitoring
Provides feedback to Engineering and Maintenance Department
Assists in ordering materials and equipment when required
Prepares maintenance/technician sheet record analysis for call-out data sheets and fault history
Does other functions that may be delegated relative to the operation
