Description
Directly assist the Store Supervisor in all aspects of work and stand ready to represent the store in the absence of the Store Supervisor
• Directly assist the Store Supervisor in motivating the store staff to meet the sales budget and operational targets for each month
• Coordinate with store staff to ensure sufficient inventory versus the targeted sales
• Perform cashiering work when no one is available and provide on-the-job training for the store staff when needed
• Assist in the preparation of Monthly Sales Report
• Assist the Store Supervisor in the areas of store display, display featuring and visual merchandising
• Encourage store staff to interact with customers and build up their personality and confidence
• Knows how to handle customer complaints and request
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• With very good interpersonal and communication skills
• With strong Store Management skills
• Must be hardworking, analytical and people oriented
• Willing to work on retail store hours
• Must willing to be assigned in AYALA CENTER CEBU
