JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Objective :
Provides support to field sales representative in achieving sales target and goals.
Responsibilities:
Serves as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer inquiries.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Communicate and coordinate with different group or department documentation and important information in order to fulfill order of customer.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient knowledge of computer applications.
With initiative and problem solving skills
Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
