OVERSEE SC AREA OCCUPANCY Check optimum utilization of FSRs & steel cabinets via proper zoning & sufficient allocation support SC Warehouse Supervisor in maintaining the cleanliness & orderliness of the forward stockrooms based on standards verify documentation required for selling area & FSR movements check compliance to display standards for SC mall selling & other promo areas . ADMINISTER SC ACCOUNTS Monitor entry & exit of SC brands & confirm in the SCS ensure prompt & accurate billing of SC & MC charges such as selling area & stockroom charges, overtime & civil works, monthly utilities expense, etc. validate accuracy of selling area & stockroom measurement with Branch EDD . CONTROL OPEX Set operational budget for all items minimize & track actual expenses (issue monthly expense reports & cross-check against accounting reports) Qualifications: . Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. . Must have critical thinking, above average communication and projected management skills. . Has the ability to work with multi-faceted teams and must have proven development skills. . Possesses a high degree of professionalism and has the capacity to work collaboratively with concessionaires is essential. . Preferably Supervisor / 5 years & up experienced employees with related experience . Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours .
