ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Assist the department in providing services to SC Operations
· DEPLOY SALES DEMOS
Check completeness of required documents, prepare entry cards, assign locker, conduct store tour & endorse to department manager of newly accepted sales demos
· PROCESS WORK PERMITS
Prepare timely work permits for approved SC activity requests (e.g. overtime work for fixture installation or other civil work)
· ATTEND TO SC INQUIRIES & REQUESTS
Respond to the daily inquiries & requests of SC Demos (e.g. request for renewal or reshuffle, lost ID, physical counts, SC rep visits to selling area & FSR, on-loan, etc.) & endorse correspondences from the SCs to concerned departments
· MAINTAIN GOOD HOUSEKEEPING
Check time recording machine periodically & coordinate issues with concerned units for appropriate action; file documents for easy reference
· HANDLE SC SUPPLIES REQUISITION
Prepare supplies requisition from branch FAS to ensure availability: transact purchase of SC supplies through SC cash card, release supplies & issue orange stickers for labeling (if needed)
Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
· With above-average verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office Applications
· Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
· Willing to be assigned in The SM Store BUTUAN
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
