BONO OPTICAL AND VISION THERAPY CENTRE
 
We are in urgent need of Store Clerk / Store Receptionist for our newly opened Mactan branch!
 
Salary Range: 12,000-14,000
Location: Island Central Mactan Mall, MEPZ Ecozone, Lapu-Lapu City
 
Key Responsibilities:
Receive patients/customers and assist them with the selection of merchandise
Greet, interact, and monitor patients/customers to provide a hospitable store environment and assist the store in loss prevention
Display and organize products in the store for the customers to locate easily
Help patients/customers in billing and payment processes at the store's counter
Maintain the outlook of the store through dusting, cleaning and restocking merchandise on the shelves
Handle record keeping, inventory, and re-ordering systems
Organize files for billing, customer and patient records, etc.
Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
Order and maintain supplies
Answer and respond to inquiries via phone and email

Essential Skills:
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently
Time management and ability to prioritize tasks given
Willingness to learn about new items and procedures quickly
Organized and professional demeanor
Knowledge of data processing apps (MS Word, MS Excel)
Preferably with substantial experience as a store clerk or receptionist.
Salary, Working Hours, Perks
Salary: 12,000 - 14,000
Commission on selected products on top of your basic salary
Rotating shifts: Opening (9AM-6PM) and Closing (12NN-9PM)
1 rest day per week
