- Administering and maintaining records of shipment received
- Manage samples in the storage and provide accurate inventory list
- Manage and organize samples for ship out
- Preparing samples for photography
- Update and maintain shipment and inventory data base
Qualification
- Able to prepare samples as per style guide for photography use
- Experience in managing and maintaining database
- Has the ability to organize the samples per project for easier access
- Has experience in responding queries from the client thru email and calls
- Must keen in organizing the storage
- Must particular in keeping the samples in a proper location
- Must have an experience and knowledge in arranging samples based on SKUs
- Very meticulous in terms of inventory, stocking and arranging

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Knowledge: E-mail servers, Management, Organisation, Teamwork
Availability for travel: No
Availability for change of residence: No
