STOCKROOM CLERK
Responsibilities:
Receiving incoming deliveries, checking for accuracy, damage, and defects
Organizing and storing products in the stockroom, ensuring proper placement and accessibility
Maintaining records of inventory levels, using computer systems or paper records
Picking, packing and preparing orders for shipping
Stocking shelves, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet demand
Maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions, receipts and shipments
Working with other office personnel to ensure smooth operations
Keeping the stockroom in a clean and orderly condition
Prepare monthly sales reports
Job Requirements:
Strong organizational skills
At least 1 year of experience in related industry is an advantage
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and superiors
Ability to lift and move heavy boxes or items is a key requirement
Basic math skills for inventory counting and reconciliation
Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
