STOCK ANALYST
The successful candidate must ensure that the organization purchases enough merchandise to satisfy customer needs. You will work with buyers and warehouses to ensure a balance of goods availability and that budgets are followed. You must be able to analyze data, work independently, and be technically-savvy.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
Forecasts monthly inventory of fast-moving items, monitor slow-moving and non-moving items.
Entertains stock inquiries from Cebu and Manila internal customers (that is, Salesmen, Projects and Dealers)
Handles stock transfers for stock balancing and other inventory-related movements.
Creates and edits purchase contracts.
Monitors all incoming import shipments.
Completes all documentary requirments for Cebu to Manila shipmets.
Ensures that all newly purchased products are displayed.
Qualifications:
Preferably Male
A graduate of any 4-year course.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Keen with details and highly organized.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept at problem-solving and decision making.
Good time management and planning skills.
Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
