Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical Support
Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software
Troubleshoots and solves hardware and software problems
Installs, tests, and maintains electrical wiring of external power source for bus equipment
Provides technical assistance to computer users during SMS trips
Assists in logistical requirements of the company's special events
Recommends hardware and software solutions to improve computer capabilities to ensure quality of service
Documentation
Maintains a daily log of all network hardware problems and their resolutions
Prepares reports on computer usage and status including observations, best practices, and/or critical points that may be crucial to day-to-day operations.
Educational Qualification:
At least Diploma in Computer and Electronics Technology (DCET) graduate
Fresh graduates of any 4-year IT related courses are considered
Experience and Competency Requirement:
Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays and night work
Must be available for out-of-town travel of up to several weeks
Has the ability to relate professionally to a wide range of people
Must be a team player with a high level of initiative
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software Education 1 opening Completed vocational course
