Job Description
Know how to use common measuring tools like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge & other related measuring instruments.
Know how to interpret drawings.
Have a wide range knowledge on Raw Materials & Specifications needed for manufacturing process.
Knowledge in CNC Lathe Machine.
Knowledge in CNC Programing like, G-Codes & M - Codes
Knowledge & Experience in Milling Machine.
Knowledge in Facing, Threading, Boring, Grooving & Parting.
Have basic knowledge in Manual Folding Machine.
Know how to use Hydraulic Press Machine.
Have basic knowledge in making simple Spur Gear.
Know how to use Drilling Machine, Band saw Machine and Pipe Threading Machine.
Know how to use Mill Cutter, Fly Cutter & Slut Cutter and Surface Grinding Machine.
Knowledge & experience in different types of welding process.
Can do maintenance job of different kind of Industrial Machineries
Willing to be trained as Sandwich Panel Production Line Operator, if needed.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
