Summary:
The Inventory Coordinator ensures the proper administration of activities related to the operations and inventory management of the handled station.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management
- Monitors product orders and station inventory
- Confirms daily product orders from the assigned Independent Retail Coordinator
- Ensures that inventory and product management is properly implemented
- Prepares related reports and submits them to the accountant
2. Cash Management
3. Station Performance Reporting
- Submits accurate station reports as scheduled
4. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications
- Must be keen to details and has good mathematical ability
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in the oil industry or in measuring liquid substances is an advantage
- Must be willing to start in November 2018
Requirements * Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Open Office
