The Role:
Create static and motion ad creatives for Meta campaigns based on briefs
Adapt and repurpose assets for different formats, sizes, and platform requirements
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and creative standards
Manage and organize working files for smooth collaboration and handoffs
Deliver high-volume output while maintaining accuracy and quality
Requirements:
3+ years of graphic design experience creating digital ad assets (Meta as primary platform)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Familiarity with performance-driven design (direct-response principles, creative testing, A/B variations)
Experience in a marketing agency or high-volume production environment handling multiple client campaigns
Understanding of platform compliance (Meta ad guidelines, restricted imagery, text ratio limits)
High attention to detail and ability to follow structured briefs independently
Curiosity to learn and use AI tools in design to enhance creativity
Up-to-date awareness of emerging social media trends
Amenable to work graveyard shift (US time zone to follow)
Has graveyard shift experience in the last 6 months
