Responsibilities:
• Adhere to provided specifications by consumer in handling users.
• Answer professional concerns, as well as require people to get full knowledge of what information and facts are being applied for.
• Monitor Phone Checking for answers from admin employees so call returns are done in a quick method.
• Follow-up with users within a 24-hour period on the first telephone call up. Even if it is to just touch base and let consumer know request is still being examined.
• Cross offer useful services or items supplied by the company
• Provide continuous, top-quality assistance to every consumer by utilising all obtainable instruments and resources
 
Qualifications:
Amenable to working onsite(office-based)
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications will be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
Nice to have:
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
