Duties and Responsibilities are the following but may not be limited to:
Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner in all job-related activities.
Maintain programs used for patient communication and interactions.
Provide timely patient contact for Compliance programs.
Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in compliance with Company policy.
Complete appropriate documentation of client interactions, including reports as needed to physicians with regard to patient clinical progress and compliance.
Maintain record keeping so that all information is accurate and complete; document updates to client information including: 1) changes in patient profiles, 2) changes in LMN/CMNs, 3) changes in scheduled deliveries or appointments, and 4)changes of address and other contact information.
Communicate patient information necessary to schedule services.
Understand and execute all product flow and order fulfillment processes.
Assist with maintaining adequate inventory levels, improving inventory handling, space allocation, and order efficiency.
Maintain current product knowledge in order to deliver equipment/services and to receive/process shipments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
Participate in Company committees and programs when requested.
Willing to work on a graveyard shift.
Willing to work onsite permanently (Oakridge Business Center, AS Fortuna, Banilad, Mandaue City)
Perform other duties as assigned by Client and Company.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 1 year solid experience in Health/Medical industry (HME preferred).
Insurance reimbursement knowledge and health insurance billing experience.
Effective interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills in speaking and writing.
Organizational skills sufficient to maintain consistently accurate records.
Moderate computer skills that include Microsoft 365, Word processing, spreadsheets, and efficient use of the internet and e-mail.
