About the role:
 
Monster Group's Bacolod office is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives to join its team.
 
As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls and outbound calls, maintaining and creating strong relationships with both residential and business clients.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective clients in the energy, internet, and solar markets.
Tailor and present compelling proposals showcasing the value proposition of our brokerage services.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and exceed client expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to position our brokerage services and capitalize on market opportunities effectively.
Create and continuously develop a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.

What we are looking for in you:
At least 2 years of BPO sales experience
Excellent English listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Must be computer savvy
