Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on travel destinations, flight options, dates, and accommodations
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure long-term client relationships
Leverage industry knowledge to close sales and maximize client satisfaction
Engage in ongoing training and development to grow skills and performance
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 6 months BPO/call center experience
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Solid PC proficiency
Previous travel or sales experience is an advantage
Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient in achieving sales goals
Location: Cebu IT Park, Apas (onsite role)

Work Schedule and Location:
Onsite Work: Applicants must be available to work onsite at Cebu IT Park TGU Tower.
Flexible Shifts: Five working days per week with two days off.
