HR HEAD
Qualifications:
At least 10years of experience as an HR Head but not required as long as you have relevant experience for this position.
Undertake tasks around performance management.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related programs.
Provide high quality advice and service to the management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
Plan a program to help improve the employee experience.
Offer pro-active services to employees and management.
Location: Bacolod
Office schedule: Monday-Saturday (8:00AM – 5:00PM)
