Prior experience supporting facilitation services in the healthcare industry is preferred. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Prepare, design and deliver focus group workshops for stakeholder validation targeted to obtain feedback, opinions and impressions of the new application being designed . Enabling a process by leading and/or facilitating workshops and discussions and recording discussion content honing in on people skills and developing the ability to tease out informative responses from a variety of people in a timely manner . Conducting facilitation support services, such as debriefing stakeholders, and preparing and providing draft and final reports detailing facilitated issues . Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner, and working with developers and business analysts. . Confer with Subject Matter Experts and product development owners to establish session topics aligned to goals and objectives . Identify and act upon lessons learned from workshops delivered to continuously improve the process . Analyze survey data and focus group reports, present and assemble findings in a format to be reviewed and interpreted by senior management Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience . 5+ years of related experience supporting facilitation services at the enterprise level . Ability to lead project teams to drive results and impact. . Expertise in facilitation support services and experience preparing reports detailing facilitated issues for stakeholders focus group sessions . Ability to clearly communicate and exchange information with co-workers, teammates, stakeholders, and other personnel, as required . Strong facilitation skills, and demonstrated experience in both live in-person and live-virtual environments . Possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail . Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills. . Collaborative, flexible, positive team-player able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and able to organize multiple and varied assignments . Proven record of accomplishment of exercising critical thinking skills and sound judgment. . Ability to be customer-focused by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with both internal collaborators and external stakeholders. . Willing and able to work effectively as part of a team across the organization, sharing information and insights, brainstorming to solve problems, and effectively connecting the organization's programming to our broader mission. . Ability to independently do research, act as a self-starter learning the solution to become a subject matter expert . Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking . Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, have excellent grammar skills and a strong attention to detail. .
