Description
• BS/MS ECE or EE with at least 5 years of equivalent/related work.
• Strong analytical, debug and communications skills.
• In depth knowledge of mixed signal test methodologies.
• Sound understanding of basic electronics concepts and semiconductor physics.
• Good programming skills (VB, VBA, C++).
• Passion to excel in the art and science of test development engineering and debug.
• Experience on Teradyne uFlex is required.
• Experience on Advantest T2000 is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in Cavite
Responsibilities:
• Develops ATE manufacturing test solutions for Mixed Signal ASICS/ASSPs.
• Investigates and Debugs Silicon, HW, Software and Setup issues towards having manufacturable test
solutions.
• Completes Test Release and production transfer of new devices in the shortest time possible.
• Collaborates with Product engineering/operations in industrializing new devices and resolving manufacturing
issues.
• Interfaces with Marketing, BU Stakeholders, Manufacturing and Product Engineering on a global scale
