Job Description
The position will be responsible for managing specific customer account on Quality aspects to ensure all parts build are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations.
Monitor and analyze quality performance and drive for improvement.
Develop and implement any required quality control procedures, specifications, forms, checklists, reports, etc.
Performs internal audits of the process to ensure compliance.
Review and revise specifications for products or processes.
Review SPC indicators and coordinate out of control action plan.
Coordinate New Product Transfer activity.
Coordinate internal QDN review and lot disposition.
Coordinate 8D review, action implementation, validation and verification.
Coordinate customer requirement and implementation.
Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
Degree in related discipline with min 3 years relevant working experience.
Good in Manufacturing Process Knowledge
Knowledge in IATF 16949 & VDA6.3 methodology
Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with all levels
Project management skills will be advantageous
Able to start work immediately or within short notice period

Placement Fee
