Bachelor's degree in EE, ECE, Semiconductor Physics with at least 5 years of equivalent/related experience.
Knowledgeable in Electronics circuit analysis and design, wafer fabrication, IC assembly and testing,
statistics and failure analysis.
Reading and understanding of electronic design schematics and microcircuit layout is a distinct advantage.
Knowledge and experience on ATE testing and test methodologies is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Manages production support engineering for a specific product or group of products after transfer from design
to high volume production. Interfaces with design, process, test and reliability engineering to solve problems.
Sustains products with cost reduction and yield improvements.
Responsible for optimizing product unit cost and time-to-money during New Product Introduction.
Responsible for driving continuous improvement of existing products in terms of yield, cost, and quality.
Support manufacturing in providing hold lots disposition.
Provide support during safe launch of new products.
Interfaces with Marketing, BU Stakeholders, Manufacturing and Test Engineering on a global scale.
Leads cross functional teams in resolving product/test related issues.
