GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
A General Nursing Unit Staff Nurses one who is responsible for the overall nursing care management of the patient in his/her assigned patients in the unit. He/she directs and supervises Nursing Assistants who are involved in the care of the patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
| WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE |
Registered Nurse.
Committed and able to withstand extended periods of work.
An emotionally stable individual that can function during demanding, stressful, and emergency situations
Able to have good interpersonal relationships.
AVAILABLE AREAS:
- GENERAL NURSING UNIT
→ If you are interested in one of the three (4) special areas. For those without any experience, we are willing to train you in those areas. Note: To be discussed during the interview

* Probation period of 5-6 months.
During the early months of your probationary period. The working schedule will be an 8 hours setting for 40 hrs/week. OT and Rest day recall will not be initiated to you upon the early months of probationary status unless both sides have agreed upon it.
