Job Description
Observes and make record and reports, signs and condition of the patient to the incoming duty.
Give direct nursing care.
Identifies the nursing needs of the patient.
Plans and renders and evaluates nursing care.
Admits patients.
Conveys confidence in demonstrating nursing procedures and techniques.
Performs nursing activities such as bathing and oral hygiene.
Assists patients in moving and maintaining proper alignment of body utilizing good body mechanics.
Takes and records vital signs.
Observe medical asepsis.
Job Qualification
Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (graduate)
Has license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) of the Philippines.
