2.1. Gives direct nursing care;
2.2. Identifies nursing needs of patients as patient advocate
2.3. Plans, gives and evaluates nursing care;
2.4. Admits patients;
2.4. Performs such nursing activities such as bathing and oral hygiene;
2.5. Assists patients in moving, maintaining proper alignment of patient's body and utilizing good body
Mechanics;
2.6. Takes and records vital signs;
2.7. Observes medical sepsis;
2.8. Observes signs and symptoms, institutes remedial action when appropriate and records these in patient chart;
2.9. Reports observations to the physicians regularly;
2.10. Observes and responds to patients' emotional and spiritual needs;
2.11. Acts as liaison between patients and hospital personnel;
2.12. Interprets to the patient and his family their roles in promoting successful therapy and rehabilitation;

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
