Job Description
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions, noting any changes and reporting to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
At least 2 years experience in a nursing home or hospital setting
IELTS or OET passer, Valid PRC license
Have started the NMBI registration
