Job Description
Assess and identify patients' needs, then implement and monitor the patient's medical plan and treatment.
Ensure that patient care is conducted according to the policies and standards of their employer, whether that is a hospital or another facility.
Administers medications as prescribed by the doctors.
Prepares patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Identifies, plans, evaluates, and performs prescribed nursing care needed by the patient.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
BSN graduate with valid PRC licensed
With not more than 3 months gap
