Job Description
Conducts an individualized patient assessment, prioritizing the data collection based on the patient's immediate condition or needs within time frame specified by client facility's policies, procedures or protocols.
Identify patients' care requirements, focus on their needs and act on them
Administers prescribed medications, applies sterile dressings, performs phlebotomy, and monitors vital signs. Maintains confidentiality of patient records. May perform specialized nursing procedures related to the unique needs of a particular patient
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
