Key Responsibilities
Responsible for rendering quality nursing care to the patients within the assigned units.
Directs Nursing care to patients, according to the nursing care plan established.
Qualifications
Degree of Nursing from a reputable school.
Must have passed the Local Board rendered by the Professional Regulatory Commission; with good scholastic record.
Must be a regular member of the Philippine Nursing Association.
Membership to other Professional Organization is optional.
Should pass the Basic Training of the Nursing Service Department.
Competencies
With Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support Training
Has effective Communication Skills
Has efficient Customer Service Skills
Computer literate
Experience
At least 1-2 years work related experience
