CGTDMC is composed of more than 40 medical doctors as founding members and distinguished medical staff of more than 100 physicians, all of whom are experienced and recognized experts in their various fields of specialization and administration. All of these physicians, some of whom are internationally trained, have passed a strict credentialing process. The medical staff is supported by an organization composed of allied medical and administrative staff, many of whom have honed their expertise.
The medical center is located on a 3,500 square meter property which is easily accessible along Governor's drive in the commercial area of Metropolis Greens Subdivision, Bgy. Manggahan,General Trias, Cavite. It is composed of 7,000 square meters of floor space and includes a seven-storey building, which can fit up to 100 beds. Located within the ground floor are diagnostic and emergency and intervention facilities, as well as support and administrative offices. More than 2,000 square meters is devoted for parking . The building complex is also equipped with a fire safety features based on standards, solid and water waste management facilities and environment-friendly features incorporated into the design.
Job Qualifications
FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Receives endorsement from the outgoing shift.
2. Makes rounds with special attention to critical patients, new admissions, pre-operative, post-operative, and patients with the contraption.
3. Takes and records vital signs every four hours on all patients with specific orders, and for all critically ill patients and patients with deviant vital signs.
4. Joins doctor's rounds.
5. Makes rounds necessary for the purpose of observing, assessing, and meeting patient's needs.
6. Makes necessary referral to attending physician.
7. Coordinates with different divisions/units regarding the implementation of patient care.
8. Carries out, transcribes, and communicates doctor's orders with other staff members if the orders have been changed or discontinued.
9. Checks charts and previous orders.
10. Times medications.
11. Changes and discards linens, serve bedpans, gives bed bath, perineal care, turns patients, etc.
12. Checks if the patient is prepared for scheduled procedures at X-ray, OR, etc.
13. Assists physicians in the examination, treatment, dressing, etc.
14. Checks narcotics and records properly. Checks completeness of the E-cart and makes replacements as necessary.
15. Accomplishes discharge form and gives necessary instructions to patients/relatives.
16. Checks contraptions, IVF, etc. if properly functioning.
17. Records intake and output, empty output and cleans container.
18. Carries out admitting orders and notifies other services departments about admission.
19. Transports patient.
20. Receives post-operative patients and clarifies post-op orders when necessary.
21. Reviews and updates Kardex evaluate effectively nursing care done.
22. Assists patient during meals if unable to feed himself. Provides explanation to the patient regarding nursing.
23. Attends and participates in staff meetings as called for by the administrator.
24. Abides by the hospital policy, rules and regulations and follows the department's standard operating procedures.
25. Perform other related functions as may be assigned by a superior and Management.
