What you will do:
- Prepare, document, and administer medications following the prescribed nursing standards
- Conduct rounds for patients and residents daily
- Turnover of responsibility and provision of report and important information to the next nurse on duty
- Monitor patient's condition
- Assess patients' needs to provide the best possible care and advice
- Maintain medical records
Minimum Requirements:
- You must be a graduate of BS in Nursing
- You must be a licensed/registered Nurse
