ONE DAY HIRING PROCESS!!
• Provides direct and indirect patient care and professional nursing services in the care of patients
• Observes patients response to treatment; monitoring their conditions; records all observations on the patient's charts and relay them to the Attending physician or to the appropriate nursing personnel.
• Prepares, administers and records medications; observed patient's reaction to medication.
• Assesses patient condition and institute necessary measures.
• Assists doctors during procedures, treatment and rounds.
• Knowledgeable in the routine procedures and policies at different areas such as Operating Room, Delivery Room, Emergency Room, Ward, Intensive Care Unit, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
• Perform other related functions as may be assigned by the superior and management such as pull-out and cross-training.
