Job description:
Endorses patients to the incoming staff nurses, and when transferring patients to other unit/department
Receives endorsement from the outgoing staff nurses, and when a patient is to be transferred to their unit/department
Monitors, records, and reports symptoms and changes in patient's condition
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
Must be a Registered Nurse
