Responsibilities:
Responsible for introducing new products from validation, large scale, qualification to safe launch for mass production releases
Supports manufacturing activities such as resolving assembly related yield problems for newly released products, managing product changes and provides timely responses to BU and customer concerns
Review engineering builds requirements and instructions for new products
Responsible for reviewing, updating and approving specifications
Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations on new product releases
Preparing and completing assembly build qualification reports, production release documents per device and systems configurations, safe launch reports for initial production released parts
Qualifications
Requirements:
Engineering graduate (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or Material Science)
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as New Product Introduction Engineer in a semiconductor/manufacturing company
Assembly Process expertise is an advantage
Technical know-how of DOE / SPC
Advanced knowledge on large scale, safe launch and pre-production releases
Working knowledge on Control Plan / FMEA, 8D and Problem Solving
Basic Knowledge in statistical analysis
Good interpersonal skills and work ethics
Able to multi-task and work systematically without compromising quality
