Create MCW process improvements and FA. Integrate MCW characterization, process improvements, developments and execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Collect, analyze, interpret data to understand MCW failure modes.
· Explore new data analytics techniques to solve issues.
· Performs MCW process improvements and FA
· Propose process improvements to improve MCW
· Interlock with Process engineering during process improvement execution
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED:
· BS degree
· At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing / engineering - preferably on FA or data analytics.
· Strong background on read write process and technology
· Strong data analytics skill
PREFERRED:
· With background on failure analysis.
· Knowledge on statistical tools / data science techniques - R / Python / SAS / HTML /CSS
