ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Capacity Enterprise products build activities in PHO.
Collaborate work across team inside and outside PHO for Cap. Enterprise products
Monitor/sustain head performance for Cap.Enterprise product
Instruct MFG/Process team to execute backend binning & testing strategy.
Manage new wafer/ slider/HGA process ramp.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Good management skills
With good communication and analytical skills and problem solving abilities
Knowledgeable in statistical tools and analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Strong interpersonal skills, team player and capable to work cross functional globally
SKILLS:
Technical knowledge and work experience in Slider Fab, HDD manufacturing
Has excellent analytical skills and problem solving abilities
Basic data query and analysis skills through MySQL, IBMDB2, R program, JMP, and SAS
