New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer - Hermetic Assembly
The Assembly Process Development Engineering supports all new product developments in hermetic assembly (Ceramic Packages) through assessing process capability (assembly flow, design rule, and Mil-STD 883 specs) and identifying possible manufacturing constraints and countermeasures.
Requirements:
1. Knowledgeable and experienced in hermetic assembly processes.
2. Equipped with process and new product development experience in assembly.
3. Proficient in FMEA, DOE, and use of statistical tools (SAS JMP and/or Minitab).
4. With strong statistical analysis and continuous improvement mindset.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Graduate of BS ECE, EE, Materials Engineering or any equivalent course.
