Job description
Assists the Head, Dietary Section in the successful management and operation of the Unit in accordance with the Hospital's organizational plan and operational policy framework.
Assists and facilitate the effective implementation of Dietary Section policies, systems and procedures.
Prepares documents for the requisitions and/or acquisition of raw materials and food supplies taking into consideration the Hospital requirements and the lead time in ordering.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition or Nutrition and Dietetics with License to Practice Profession.
At least 1 year experience in related field of work, at least 1 year experience in related field of work in the hospital setting is desirable.
