Entering AP invoices
AP payments
Filing of AP in the cloud
Credit Card transaction entry and reconciliation
Green rope Database reconciling weekly basis
AR communication with clients includes researching client request
Time Entry Reports daily and weekly basis
Scanning, filing, general administrative duties
Required Experience
Working knowledge of MS Outlook and Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
Basic bookkeeping experience, specifically bill payment
Minimum Qualifications
1-year Accounting experience in a business setting
