SR. WEB & MOBILE SYSTEMS ANALYST/PROGRAMMER
 
Responsibilities:
Gathers data through interviews with unit heads and staff.
Conducts user's requirements analysis and prepares system study for computerization.
Creates system design based on the user's requirement analysis.
Prepares specifications of the files and programs involved, processing flow and outputs of the system.
Codes programs based on an approved system design.
Validates the system/programs developed before introducing them to the user.
Prepares technical and user's manuals of new system.
Trains the user/s of the system and attends to their suggestions. feedback's or complaints.
Documents all modifications in the programs.
Suggests to the System Development Manager on business areas that may need computerization.
Provide assistance to computer users as needed; may troubleshoot, teach techniques and procedures concerning application systems.
Performs other assignments, may be required from time to time.
Qualifications:
At least three years experience as System Analyst/Programmer in Web and Mobile environment.
Must know hoe to make programs using C#, REACT.JS, ASP.NET, PHP, JAVASCRIPT, AND CSS, and other Web and Mobile based development tools.
Well-versed in using and managing MS SQL Database, MySQL and other relational database programming.
With experience in design, program coding and implementation using Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban.
Working knowledge on image or video editing.
Graduate of any four or five years BS Degree course with major in Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science or Web/Mobile Technology.
