Required:
• Equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with course work in Computer Science, Management
Information Systems or a closely related field.
• At least 5-year experience in VoIP administration/design/support
• Has advanced knowledge in Avaya IPO, Avaya Aura and other VoIP related technologies Preferred:
• Preferred but not required Certification in Avaya Aura, Avaya IPO
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
