Job Description
DELIVERY OF EFFECTIVE END TO END TRAINING AND LEARNING SERVICES
Owns and is responsible for end to end learning services for Sales training and delivery across the geo and is the single point of contact
Responsible for the delivery and effectiveness of the sales training across new hire programs, new launches, foundations, and interventions utilizing a combination of industry standards and practices which cater to B2B and B2C environments
Owns performance on all critical Sales KPI's for the across assigned projects and areas of responsibility
Owns the design and implementation of sales coaching certification and practices of staff across the geo
Responsible for sales training recovery efforts for programs enrolled in PIP through effective training needs and root cause analysis and deployment of multiple learning solutions to address gaps identified
Responsible for managing client relationships and the consistency of communication between Sutherland and key contacts for the training/learning organization and the rest of the Sutherland stakeholders - specific to launches and interventions where Sales training is integrated as part of solutions
Owns deployment of standard CLS COE processes (and customizations as needed) - including process design, inventory, and change management.
PEOPLE AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Plan, collaborate, and enable effective delivery of sales skilling to meet client headcount demands across all the assigned sites
Responsible for personnel for assigned to Sales Training projects
STRATEGIC GROWTH, EXPANSION AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT
Partners with geo and global leads (business development, client services, site leadership, global expansion, among others) on strategic growth and expansions including new lines of business, new service channel or new capabilities
Partners with the Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Service Delivery teams on talent building/ talent inventory initiatives to build immediate and future scale in anticipation of growth and ramp opportunities
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in any field with Masters/MBA is preferred
Experienced in Sales training management and overall solution design that caters to B2C and B2B environments with proven track record of success and ROI
Experienced in curriculum and content design of industry leading sales concepts that deliver and support the business goals of Revenue Targets and Customer Experiences
Minimum of 8-year BPO experience with at least 5 years of managing Sales Training and Development business unit
Experienced in managing teams within a collaborative environment
Experienced in project management (planning, execution, and cadence)
Experience in Sales performance and skilling analytics to determine strengths or opportunities for enhancements
Ability to use MS Office applications: Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook - Proficient analytical skills
Ability to develop and manage projects and project teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to build networks within and across functions through proactive communication
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Strong work ethics, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills and team building abilities
