Job Summary
Support development and implementation of test solutions for NPD in Advance Power Division
Take ownership of developing test package/solutions (Hardware & Software) for New Product in order to achieve best Yield, Quality and Cost.
Work with Product Engineer, Manufacturing and QA team to implement test solutions and ensure smooth transition into manufacturing environment
Work with cross functional team (Manufacturing, Applications engineer and marketing group) to support customer quality issues on newly release products.
To monitor and analyze new product yield trend and take/recommend proactive measures to avoid any potential test escapee related issues.
Responsible for creating, maintains and revises Test DFMEA / Circuits diagrams and test program documentations
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics Engineering or Physics.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
Possess track record of effective problem-solving, good engineering judgment and decision-making skills.
With minimum of 5-8 years relevant experience as a Test/Product Engineer in Power devices (MOSFET/SiC/IGBT)
Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel and JMP
Good experience in test programming C++ and able to understand the hardware schematic to troubleshoot the test setup issue.
Experience in Teradyne tester platform will be added advantage
