·Create and Implement Training Programs.
·Maintain training records (e.g., participants list, schedules, attendance sheets).
·Prepare classrooms and keep them properly set-up.
·Create, review, and disseminate training materials such as instructional notes, feedback forms and so on.
·Prepare reports on training activities and result.
·Suggest improvements on new programs.
·Help customer, training provider and participants interact with each other, when necessary.
·Troubleshoot records management issues when arise onsite.
·Track progress of Key Task Monitor (KTM)
·Ensure the compliance of all training activities with established policies and best practices.
·Guide customer both internal and external training process request.
·Provide consultation to training coordinators and external training request.
·Perform other related job duties as required.
·Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or Equivalent relevant experience
More than 2 years of work experience as Training Admin or other relevant role
Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
Good practical experience with MS Office and LMS
Good understanding of Quality Management System
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of organization.
Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong commitment to develop people and with good coaching capability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong communication skills with great attention to detail
Knowledge of office procedures and billing
Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.
With at least a year in his/her current position.
