Our Information Technology department is seeking an advanced multi-disciplined individual experienced in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager Operating System Deployment (SCCM OSD). Candidate should have advanced skills in Windows 10 Enterprise configuration and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment.
The position requires a responsible, self motivated, well organized individual with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities.
Essential Functions:
Feature Update Expert knowledge
Design, develop and maintain SCCM OSD task sequences for deployment of Windows 10 OS to existing and new devices.
Execute project related tasks including discovery, design, test plan development, and delivery of completed product to operations team
Support for OS deployment technologies to a worldwide enterprise
Provide rapid response to PC Imaging issues and outages
Work under limited direction with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Demonstrate a customer focused attitude.
Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience
Produce technical and operational documentation
Provide OS Deployment process training to Field Team Analysts
Work closely with Level III support to assist Field Teams and Level II support
Assist businesses with defining PC end state configuration consisting of:
o Business specific applications
o Business specific configurations
Troubleshoot OS Deployment failures.
SCCM Current Branch task sequence deployment methods and best practice
Advanced knowledge of Windows 10. Specifically, installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Other Functions:
Develop and troubleshoot PowerShell Scripts
Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries.
Microsoft Active Directory Administration experience
o Troubleshoot GPO processing issues
o Develop GPO and GPO Preference
LAN/WAN troubleshooting
Troubleshoot PXE boot issues.
Experience with Microsoft Operating System deployment tools: MDT, SCCM, OSD and Windows PE
Virtual Machine usage for testing OSD and related tasks
