Primary Responsibilities:
Internal
Manages and ensures compliance of the third party security service providers to the terms and conditions of the Security Contract, established security procedures and protocols of Collins Aerospace.
Manages and ensures adequate security posts are covered with security personnel in compliance to the Physical Security program
Manages and ensures security access system are updated, periodically audited for functionality and analyzed for gaps and deviation
Develops key performance indicators for the site's security system functions
Ensures all applicable EHS requirements for site operations are clearly understood and implemented by Security personnel in accordance with the EHS procedures
Manages and develops security procedures and protocols in accordance with the business needs, government regulations and Corporate standards
Works with HR on Incident investigation, personnel security or with the Data Privacy Officer with respect to security matters
Performs personnel investigation and background checks as may be requested by HR or other site leaders
Provides key updates on site, park and regional or national security situationers to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
Represents the company in court or police investigation processes such as in cases of employee apprehension, gross company rules violations and other similar matters.
Ensures compliance to C-TPAT requirements as called for by the Business needs
External
Interfaces with regulatory agencies such as Police, Courts and First Philippine Industrial Park to develop a positive working relationship
Work with HR Manager in the development of Personnel Security Program
Provides regulatory guidance, technical assistance and project support as required to ensure compliance with all applicable local, international Security Protocols
Works with Corporate Security to implement company -wide security programs and initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Criminology, Engineering or any 4-year degree
Minimum of ten (10) years experience in Security Management implementation preferably from a high-volume manufacturing environment
Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies specially police or courts
In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and standards with respect to Security implementation, personnel investigation
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Contract administration skills
Good interpretation skills of all technical drawings
Communication skills - written and oral proficiency
People skills - high level of interpersonal skills required
