Description
Primary Role:
- Spearhead a team of SRE Engineers.
- Ensure timely and appropriate feedback is provided to internal customers; prioritize operational tickets as needed.
- Help the SRE team in reliability, security and efficiency Enterprise Cloud SaaS solution for smooth delivery in operations.
- Production deployments, monitoring, SLA and incident response management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- At least 4 years of solid experience as SRE/DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a team or a Supervisor of 3 or more SRE/DevOps Engineers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Work from home until further notice but must be amenable to work in Taguig City once onsite operations resumed. Amenable to work in a shifting/rotating schedule.
